Mold

Foundry

Steel, aluminum, ductile iron and gray iron can be produced with a capacity of 10 tons.

Precise Measurement

In sample production and product conformity tests, measurements are made on the material with a precision measuring machine and transferred to digital media. Final revisions are made in material, mold and design-based processing.

Processing

Steel, aluminum or alloy castings can be machined with a 5-axis head and 6-axis divisor system. For parts such as cranks, steel/aluminum cast core engines and propellers, we are capable of machining from 1 meter diameter, 3 meters length and 5 tons weight up to 4 meters diameter.

Ship Equipment

Technical drawings for ship propulsion units, powertrains, ship electrical systems and deck equipment, spare parts production of given samples and spare parts supply of the part with serial number (APL) can be provided.

Telescopic Lifting Systems

According to the demand, ship open deck load telescopic lifting system design and production is carried out.

Ship Pumps

We supply all kinds of pumps for the transfer of liquids (oil, fuel, fresh water and sea water) for ships.

Underwater Robot Systems (ROV)

Unmanned, remote-controlled underwater robots that can operate at a depth of 300 meters are designed and supplied in line with customer demands. Equipment can be added to the standard ROV in line with the needs.
